Whether you’re booking a public tour, planning a private event, or just curious about how Sip Happens Tours works, we’ve got the answers you need.

Customers may cancel or change their reservation at no cost up to seven days prior to the tour. Customers who have purchased ticket insurance may change or cancel their reservation up to one hour prior to the start of the tour. To be respectful to our other guests and to maintain positive relationships with our affiliate locations, it is critical that our public tours depart precisely on time. Our guides are instructed to wait no longer than five minutes past the advertised start of the tour. We strongly advise that you plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of the tour. Please bear in mind that Boston traffic can be unpredictable, so it’s best if you plan ahead. If you are running late, we will make every attempt to contact you prior to the departure of the tour. If you miss the tour, please contact customer service at 508-965-9748, and they will do their best to assist you. Being late for a private tour may result in additional booking fees.

We understand that the people who book our tours travel from across the country and across the world, so we never want to disappoint anyone.  If we need to cancel a tour for inclement weather or other reasons, customer service will contact you to discuss your options.

Please bring a photo ID as well as the confirmation email you received when you purchased your ticket.

For public tours, you will receive an email with information on where and when to meet. If you have purchased a ticket and have not received an email, please contact customer service at 508-965-9748 or email hello@siphappenstours.com
